Question 01

Who is this care for?

Heritage

Two therapists. One standard.

A boutique DC practice — sex-therapy-led, holistic, unhurried. We keep our roster small on purpose so every hour of care is our best hour.

Depth work for high-achieving adults and couples who want more from love, sex, work, and the years ahead.

How it works

Three unhurried steps.

A shape most people find easier than they expect — because it was built that way.

  1. 01

    Complimentary consult

A brief 15-minute call to see whether we're the right room. No pressure, no fee.

  2. 02

    Intake

One session to hear your story in full — context, hopes, and what you've already tried.

  3. 03

    Curated ongoing care

Weekly or bi-weekly work, hybrid or telehealth, at the cadence your life allows.

Investment

Considered care, plainly priced.

Intake sessions are $230; ongoing 55-minute sessions are $215, telehealth or in person. A sliding scale of $150–$194 protects access. We're a self-pay practice; superbills are generated automatically and sent electronically every week, as long as insurance information is provided at intake.
